After having been in the transport industry, working my way from a part-time call centre attendant, booking in jobs, to becoming a customer service manager, I actually thought I had learned all their was to learn about managing and leading people. How I was mistaken.
This all changed after having worked with Paul.
I worked for Paul at what was then called Toll Courier Victoria. Paul has great energy and positivity. He makes you feel invigorated, eager to learn and motivated. There were days when I felt like I had been reborn (in a work sense) such was the impact of his leadership style.
